Trying to figure out if coaching is right for you? Let me tell you a little about how coaching helped me on my journey. If my story speaks to you, you can bet you’re in the right place. I’m a mother, stepmother, wife, entrepreneur, and life coach who deeply understands what it means to rebuild from the ground up. My life has taken me through some of the most challenging and transformative experiences a woman can face. I’ve navigated the complexities of divorce, a high-conflict custody battle that spanned years, remarriage, the chaos of blending a family, supporting my husband and both of my step children through a serious genetic illness that required us to uproot our lives and move across the country for medical care. We left behind financial stability and familiarity for a future that felt uncertain—but also full of hope. Through fear, heartbreak, and resilience, we rebuilt. Today, our children are thriving with the structure and love we fought so hard to create. I come to this work not just with training, but with lived experience. I’ve walked through trauma, narcissistic abuse, complex PTSD, and crippling self-esteem issues—and I’ve done the hard inner work to reclaim my voice, power, and peace.
In the process of doing this work, I also met the love of my life. I met my husband, Billy, in 2018 and we’ve been happily married since December 2019. His steady, safe, and loving presence has been a powerful part of my healing. For the first time, I experienced a relationship grounded in kindness, emotional safety, and mutual respect—proof that it’s never too late to find something real. I’m forever grateful that our 5 kids get to to experience a healthy, loving dynamic.
Professionally, I’ve been a hairstylist for over 24 years, building thriving businesses on both coasts more than once with. My salon chair has been a sacred space for women to open up about their lives, and it’s what inspired me to pursue deeper training. I’m a certified yoga teacher, certified reiki practitioner, and have experience in life coaching, communication and conflict resolution. What brings me the greatest joy is helping others realize they are not broken, they are becoming. I hold safe, judgment-free space for clients to share their most vulnerable challenges, and I help them take actionable steps toward healing. Watching someone come back to life after narcissistic abuse or finally believe they deserve goodness, that truly lights me up. The coaching I offer is for people who are ready to take accountability, rewrite old patterns, and finally fight for their peace. If you’re ready to find your way back to yourself, I’d be honored to walk that path with you.
